Technical Features:
1. The TY series integrate the gravity method, evaporation method, coacervation, vacuum separation and mechanical purification, utilizing coacervation, molecular absorption, vacuum drying and automatic demulsifying technologies which are capable of separating large and minimal amount of water from oil. Its high water removal and demulsifying efficiency makes turbid oil to be clear and limpid.
2. The precision multi-stage filter element can remove effectively various impurities, as it is a stage-to-stage densified filter element which could accommodate large amount of impurities and has a longer lifetime.
3. The advanced infrared level automatic control system, voice & light automatic alarm system and the pressure protection device ensure a safe and reliable operation.
4. Turbine oil and low viscosity lubricant oil can be treated online.
Use:
Widely applied to turbine, gas turbine and hydraulic turbine online oil treatment in the power, chemical, papermaking and metallurgic industries, ensuring adjustment to unit and smooth operation of lubricating system. It can also be used to treat low viscosity lubricant oil and cooling oil.
