Technicals:

1.        High water removal and demulsifying capacity, which could remove large amount of water and minimal amount of water from oil.

2.        Application of film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology enable quick demulsifying, and make the turbid and emulsified oil become limpid and clear. 

3.        The film evaporation and molecule evaporation technology is of a lifetime service (above 20 years), which avoids the periodic filter replacement, also reduces the cost of purification and the intensity of work.

4.        It has a strong impurity removing capability, its automatic backwash filter element can remove large amount of impurities in the oil while the precise filtration materials can remove the granules in the oil serving as an oil cleaning system, which brings serious contaminated oil system back to  the “Steam Turbine Oil Contamination Control Standard”

5.        It is of high automatic, small size, safe and reliability. An infrared liquid level control system is used, which enables a man-machine separated operation, making the operation easier and more reliable.

Use:

TYD is particularly to treatment of high water content turbine oil, hydraulic oil, freezing machine oil, as well as other lubricant oil which require to remove too much water and impurities.
